BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF I'
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:

Section 1: That the Final Plat entitled "Oak Brook Lakes Subdivision"
prepared by Lindley & Sons, Inc., dated April 8, 1994, as last revised,
together with the plans dated April 12, 1994, as last revised, be and is
hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this �!
Resolution.
Section 2: That Final Plat approval granted pursuant to Section 1 of
this ordinance is expressly subject to the following waivers and conditions:
1. Waive the cul-de-sac requirement in favor of the proposed
alternate design, a copy of which is attached hereto and labelled
Exhibit A. The design specifications for this alternate design
shall take into account emergency vehicles gross vehicle weight
and backing and turning capabilities.
2. Waive the sidewalk requirement. A bike path shall be provided for
within the York Road right-of-way. The developer shall construct
the path or escrow the path costs for inclusion in the Village's
York Road bike path project. An additional ten foot (101) utility
and bicycle path easement shall be provided along the York Road
right-of-way.

3. Waive the street lighting requirement. One street light per the
Oak Brook standard shall be installed at the street intersection
with York Road.
-1. Waive the requirement for a sixty-six foot (661) wide public Ji
right-of-way and permit a sixty foot (601) wide private right-of-
way-
5. Waive the twenty-seven foot (271) face-to-face road pavement
requirement in favor of a twenty-four foot (241) face-to-face road
pavement.

6. Final engineering approval.

7. Compliance with all other zoning and subdivision requirements and
any other applicable Village codes.

Section 3: That all the requirements, conditions and standards of the
Subdivision Regulations of the Village of Oak Brook, except as waived or
limited by this Resolution, shall be applicable to the subdivision and
development of said Oak Brook Lakes Subdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 10th day of may , 1994, by the
President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook
Counties, Illinois, according to a roil call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Kenny, McInerney, Payovich, Shumate and Skinner
Nays: None
Absent: Trustee Bartecki
Abstain: None
