A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE
FAIR LABOR STANDARDS ACT POLICIES
FOR THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1986, the Village President and Board of Trustees by motion
approved the Fair Labor Standards Act Policies for the Village of Oak Brook, including therein Appendix A
that listed exempt employees by title; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution R -452, the Village President and Board of Trustees amended that
Appendix A; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees deem a further amendment of Appendix
A is now required; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, as follows -
Section 1 - That Appendix A to the Fair Labor Standards Act Policies, of the Village of Oak Brook
adopted on December 16, 1986 and thereafter amended by Resolution R -452, be and the same is hereby
amended by deleting Appendix A in its entirety and replacing same as follows:

(d) Associate Golf Professional
(e) Bath & Tennis Operations Manager
(f) Battalion Chief
(g) Chief Building Inspector
(h) Civil Engineer I
