BE IT RESOLVED by the President and the Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois:
1. That the Bank of Oak Brook, Illinois, be and it is hereby
designated as one of the depositaries of the funds . of this Village,
and that the officers or employees of said Village are hereby
authorized to endorse, in the name of the Village, for the purpose
of deposit and collection in and with said Bank, checks, drafts,
notes and other like obligations, issued or drawn to, and owned by,
the said Village of Oakbrook, and it is further resolved that
endorsements for deposit and collection may be either written or
stamped endorsement of the Village of Oakbrook without designation
of the party making the endorsement.
2. That sax.d Bank be and it is hereby authorized to pay
out the funds of this Village.on deposit with it from time to time
upon checks drawn upon said depositary and signed in the name of
the Village of Oakbrook.by its Treasurer and countersigned by its
President or Clerk,,.whether said checks are payable to the order
of the corporation, to any third party, or to the order of any
signing or countersigning officer of the Village, or any other
officer of the Village, either in his individual or official
capacity.
3. That the said Bank shall, not be in any manner whatso-
ever responsible for or required to see to the application of any of
the funds of this Village deposited with it, checko, out or otherwise
withdrawn in accordance with these resolutiona,4nd all such
transactvna shall be conclusively presumed to be legally binding
upon this Village'.
