A RsSOLUTION APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL P7•AT OF SUBDIVISION KNOW AS

CXLOS3I'8 SUBDIVISION
(Formerly Lots 14 k 15 in Oak Brook Estates Subdivision)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the village of Oak Brook on July 18,
1994 recommended approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision of
the subdivision entitled, "Celozzi's Subdivision"; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recoemendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to
certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAR BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Preliminary and Final Plat of Celozzi's Subdivision
prepared by Glen D. Krisch Land Surveyor, Inc., File No. 94070, and. Bubmitted
on June 15, 1994, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Celozzi's Subdivision
as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made subject to the
following conditions:
(a) That the requirements for sidewalk, curb and gutter, cul-de-sacs,
street trees, and street lights are waived;
(b) That the requirements of Sections 12-68(x)(1) and 12-65(a) (7) of
the Code of Ordinances of the Village of Oak Brook are waived so
as to not require construction of a dead-end water main extension;
(c) That final engineering is approved by the Village Engineer; and•
(d) That all work be done in compliance with applicable Village Code
requirements.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 23rd day of August, 1994, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinoisy according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Calzaretta, Kenny and McInerney
Nays: None
