RESOLUTION NO. 8-250
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PARTICIPATION IN A JOINT
GOVERNMENTAL PURCHASING PROGRAM WITH THE STATE OF ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, House Bill 2116, passed by the Illinois
76th General Assembly, authorizes certain governmental units to
purchase personal property and supplies jointly, to include the
State of Illinois;
BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD
OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAS BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOS COUN-
TIES, ILLINOIS, that said Village of Oak Brook does hereby agree
on a voluntary basis to enter a joint governmental purchasing
program with the State of Illinois for an indefinite term.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Manager
of the Village of Oak Brook be and is hereby authorized and di-
rected to execute on behalf of the said Village all necessary
forms, applications, requisitions and other documents relating
to this program.
Passed and approved this 27th day of March ,
1979 by the President and Board of Trusteed —the Vil age or
Oak Brook, Du Page and Cook Counties, Illinois according to a
roll call vote as follows:
