RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION
OF AGREEMENT FOR PROSECUTION OF
TRAFFIC AND MUNICIPAL ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that the Village President and Village Clerk
are authorized and directed to execute an Agreement with Linda Pieczynski, attorney at law, which
agreement shall be in substantial conformity with the form of Agreement labeled Exhibit "A" and attached
hereto.
PASSED AND APPROVED this loth day of April, 2001, by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as
follows.
Ayes: Trustees Caleel, Craig, Kenny, McInerney and Savino
Nays

Absent: Trustee Butler
