FAIR LABOR STANDMWS ACT POLICIES
FOR THE VU.LAGE OF OAK Bpd=
WHEREAS, on December 16, 1986, the Village President and Board of
Trustees approved the Fair Labor Standards Act policies for the Village of Oak
Brook; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution R-452, as amended by Resolutions R-485,
R-509, R-570, R-593, R-595, R-604, and further amended by Resolution R-616,
the tillage President and Board of Trustees amended such policies by
enumerating personnel exempt from overtime pay requirements; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees deem a further
amendment of such provisions to be appropriate;
NOW, THEREFORE,, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS that Appendix A
of the Fair Labor Standards Act policies of the Village of Oak Brook be and is
hereby amended to read as follows:
