R B S O L V T 'I O N
WHEREAS, WILLIAM R. WATSON, u'p:., has faithfully served the
Village of Oakbrook in his capacity as a member of the Plan Com-
miosion of the Village of Oakbrook; and
WHEREAS, through his untiring efforts in behalf of the Village
of Oakbrook he has greatly contributed to the progress and well-
being of said Village and its citizens; and
WHEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees are of the
opinion that a record of such faithful service should be made and
spread upon the records of said Village;
-'NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of
Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook that the said WILLIAM R. WATSON, JR.
be and he hereby is commended for his faithful service to the Village
.of Oakbrook and the citixens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and the Board of
Trustees - ofthe,Village of Oakbrook, for and on behalf of said Vil-
lage and its citi*ms, do hereby extend their thanks and gratitude
to the said WILLIAM R. WATSON, JR. for his services as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copy of these resolutions be de-
livered to the said WILLIAM R. WATSON, JR. by the Clerk of the
Village of Oakbrook and that these resolutions be spread upon the
records of said Village.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, this 22nd day of
April, 1969.
