RESOLUTION 2001 -SAP-EX1 -R- 7 74
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
SALARY PLAN FOR NON -UNION EMPLOYEES FOR 2001
WHEREAS, pursuant to Article IV, Section 4.07 (Salary Plan /Salary Administration Policy) of the Village of
Oak Brook Personnel Manual, the Village Manager is charged with developing a uniform and equitable pay plan
with the approval of the Village Board, and
WHEREAS, it is the recommendation of the Village Manager that the position of Civil Engineer II, Salary
Grade 9, be reclassified to Salary Grade 8 of the 2001 Salary Plan as set forth in the attached 2001 Salary Plan -
Non -Union Employees, which is labeled Exhibit A and made a part hereof,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows*
Section 1 That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully
set forth herein
Section 2 That the Village Board finds the attached 2001 Salary Plan — Non - Represented Employees, as
amended, (Exhibit A) conforms with the guidelines set forth in the Salary Administration Policy which was
previously adopted by the Board on December 12, 2000, pursuant to Resolution 2000 - SAP -EX2 -R -761.
Section 3 That the attached Salary Plan for 2001, as amended, (Exhibit A) is hereby approved
PASSED AND APPROVED this ?� day of April, 2001, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows
