R E S O L U T I O N

WHEREAS,.tho President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook did on the 20th day of February, 19622 adopt
an ordinance raguLating and licensing public passenger vehicles
within the ViLlaga of Oakbrook, DuPage County* Illinois; and
WHEREAS, applications for the licensing of livery care
or livery, automobiles to operate within the Village of Oakbrook
pursuant to said ordinance have been received; and
MCRFAS, the�President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, in acoordanee with the provisions of said
ordinance, did at the open meeting of said Board of Trustees held
this 26th day of April, 1966, conduct a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the said President and Board of Trustees did
permit all interested persons to be heard at said hearing; and
WHEREAS9 the said President and Board of Trustees have
found that the public eonvenLance and necessity require the
Licensing of one additional firm to operate four Livery, cars or
Livery automobiles within the Village of Oakbrook pursuant to said
ordinance;
NOW, THMWORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook that 11 is hereby found and
declared to be that public convenience and necessity require the
Licensing of one additional firm for the operation of four Livery
cars or Livery automobiles within the Village of Oakbrook pursuant
to the aforementioned ordinance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the application of Francis
W. Golden, Oak Brook -WHara Limousine Service
be and it is 4araby approved for the operation of four Livery
oars or livery automobiles within the Village.
