R-196 - 05/11/1976 - IDOT - ResolutionsD sDoT . �p w►tAsN RESOLUTION NO. �7� QRi�iE ev<R SALT APPLICATIONS FOR PERMIT - SECTION 8 CS CREEK WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook has entered into agreements with the Illinois Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration for the improvement of 22nd Street between the Tollway overpass and Salt creek; and, WHEREAS, part of the improvement consists of widening the bridge over Salt Creek, and WHEREAS, a permit is required from the State of Illinois Depart- ment of Transportation, Division of Water Resources to do any work in any of the public bodies of water within the State of Illinois, NON, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, COUNTIES OF OuPAGE AND COOK, STATE OF ILLINOIS: Section 1: That the President and Village Clerk be and they are authorized and directed to execute and attest respectively two (2) Applications for Permit to the State of Illinois, Department of Transportation, Division of Water Resources, copies of the substance of which are attached hereto and made part hereof. Section 2: All ordinances, rules, and regulations of the Village of Oak Brook which are in conflict with the provisions of this Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict. Section 3: If any section, sub - section, sentence, clause, or phase of this Resoltuion is for any reason held to be invalid, such determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion of this Resolution. Section 4: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet form as required by law.
