WHEREAS, there was submitted to the electorate of the
Village of Oakbrook, Wage County, Illinois, on the 21st day
of Mays 19660 at a special election the question of whether the
Village of Oakbrook should adopt Article 3 of the Illinois pension
Code pertaining to the creation of a police pension fund; and
; BS'AS,,for the. purposes of said election the Village
of Oakbrook was divided into one election precinct; and,
WOMAS, by the terms of the election code it is the
duty of the Presidet and Board of Trustees to canvass tke
