WHEREAS' Dr. PAUL A. YOUNG has performed outstanding
service for the Village of Oakbrook and the citizens thereof in
and about the organization of a civil defense program for the
Village of Oakbrook; and
WHEREAS, the said Dr. Young has found it necessary to
submit to the 'resident aid Board.of Trustsee his resignation as
Civil ";Defenss.Dfrector of. the Village of Oakbrook; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustses'sre of,the
opinion that An acknowledgement of Dr. Young's, outstanding • service
to his comity should be spread upon the records of the Village
f of Oakbrook ;;
