PLAN APPROVAL
WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook has entered into an agreement
9677)tknownaas Stateisectl noi975e 145 -N, FAUS Improvement ProjectdM- 5003t(53)I,
Village Section 75- 00008- 00 -PW.
WHEREAS, in comppliance with the aforementioned agreement, it is
necessary for the Village of Oak Brook to approve Lhe plans of said
improvement; and,
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has reviewed said plans and
acknowledges to the best of his knowledge the proposed improvements
conform to the agreements and supplemental conditions set forth with
the Village of Oak Brook.
NOW THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the President and Board of Trustees of
the VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DuPAGE and COOK COUNTIES, STATE OF ILLINOIS:
Sectio 1: That upon the recommendation of the Village Engineer,
the ITTTWe does hereby approve the plans for the said project.

Resolution are hereby repealed to the extent of the conflict.
Section 3: if any section, sub - section, sentence, Claus&, -or
phrases- 36T-EN -s Resolution is for any reason held to be invalid, such
determination shall not affect the validity of any remaining portion
of this Resolution.
Section 4: This Resolution shall be in full force and effect
from ang its passage, approval, and publication in pamphlet
form as required by law.
