R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook did on the 20th day of February, 1962, adopt
an ordinance regulating and licensing public passenger vehicles
within the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, applications for the licensing of livery cars
or livery automobiles to operate within the Village of Oakbrook
pursuant to said ordinance have been received; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, in accordance with the provisions of said
ordinance, did, at the open meeting of said Board of Trustees held
this 28th day of flay, 1963, conduct a public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the said President and Board of Trustees did
permit all interested persons to be heard at said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the said President and Board of Trustees have
found that the public convenience and necessity require the
licensing of one firm to operate �o livery cars or livery
automobiles w:.thin the Village of Oakbrook pursuant to said
ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook that it is hereby found and
declared to be that public convenience and necessity require the
licensing of one firm for the operation of fit livery cars
or livery automobiles within the Village of Oakbrook pursuant to
the aforementioned ordinance.
BE T FURTHER RESOLVED that the application of

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that upon full compliance with the
terms and provisions of Ordinance No. G -32, the Clerk of the Village
