Lesaway RESOLUTION NO. j - " RESOLUTION CONTINUING THE "OAK BROOK FREZ:PUBLIC LIBRARY" WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook has heretofore entered into an agreement with the Oak Brook Library Association for the maintenance by the Village of a free Public Library, and WHEREAS, pursuant to said agreement the ownerehip of the assets transferred to the Village by the Association was deferred for a period of three (3) years from the date of the agreement to -wit May 25, 1974, and WHEREAS, the Village has performed all conditions required of it under the agreement with the Association and, WHEREAS, the Village is desirous'of,m%ihtaining the "Oak Brook Free Public ibLi"" as is. evidenced by the appgintsmnt and reappointment of the Commissioners as the respective terms expired, and by the Village budgeting and appropriating for the nebassary.expenditures for the continued operation of the.,Library. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by U16 President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook as follows: Section 1.
