A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
KNOWN AS OAKLAND SUBDIVISION
, (121 and 209 Oak Brook Road, Oak Brook, IL 60523)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on April 15, 2002, recommended
the approval of the proposed Final Plat as conditioned below; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendations of the
Plan Commission and concur with the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat prepared by Spaceco, Inc. dated March 1, 2002, be and is hereby
approved.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby
expressly subject to the following conditions:
a) That the requirements for sidewalks and street lighting are waived;
b) That pursuant to the variation granted in this Board's approval of the Preliminary Plat
(Resolution 2001- SD -PP -R -792 passed on November 27, 2001), Lot 3 is not required to
abut a street, provided that an easement to Lot 3 via a private drive for access is granted
and recorded at the time the final plat is recorded in a form approved by the Village
Attorney; and
c) That the final plat and final engineering plans be revised as necessary and the same
approved by the Village Engineer.
Section 3: That all other requirements, conditions and standards of the Subdivision Regulations of
the Village of Oak Brook except as waived or limited by this resolution shall be applicable to the
subdivision and development of said Oakland Subdivision.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of May, 2002, by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
