WHEREAS, PAUL FRANCIS, hoe faithfully served, the Village of
Oak Brook•in his capacity ac a member of the -Plan Commission of the
Village of Oak Brook; and
WHEREAS, through his untiring efforts in behalf of the Village
.of Oak Brook he has greatly contributed to the progress and well-
being of Maid Village and its citizens; and
WHEREAS,-the President and the Hoard of Trustees are of the
opinion that;;$ record of such faithful service should be made and
