RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS FOR
CONSTRUCTION OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS
ON CERMAK ROAD WITHIN THE VILLAGE OF
OAKIIROOK DU PAGE COUNTY T_I+L NI OIS
BE iT RESOLVED by the President and Bc;ard.of,Trustees of
the Village o£'Oakbrook, Du'P County, Illinois that State of
Illinois, Department of Public Works and :Buildings, Division of
Highways Plans for Proposed Federal Aid Highways F.A. Route 131,
Section 552 -R -2 and 552 BY, DuPage County Project No. F- 377(30),
being plans for improvement of Cermak Road from a point located
approximately .07 miles west of the center line of York Road to
a point approximately .862 miles west of sails center line of York
Road, be and they are in all respects approved.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that a certified copy.of this
resolution be forwarded by the Village. Clerk to Wight and Company,
814 ,Ogden Avenue, Downers Grove, „Illinois,`and a certified copy.
