A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A REPRESENTATIVE
TO THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL RISK MANAGEMENT AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that Eileen Donahue be and is hereby
appointed as "Delegate" representative of the Village of Oak Brook to the Board of Directors of the
Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA) pursuant to Section V(a) of the IRMA by -laws
Darrell Langlois shall serve as the Village's "Alternate" representative to IRMA
Said representative shall have the power and duty to vote on all matters pertinent to the
operations and management of the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency and shall report to the
Village Manager and Board of Trustees on a regular basis on all matters pertaining to the
Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to transmit a certified
copy of this Resolution to the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency, Four Westbrook Corporate
Center Suite 940, Westchester, Ilinois
