POR THE CORPORATE FUNDS OF THE VILLAGE
OF OAK BROOK, DU PACE COUNTXA ILLINOIS
BE T! RMMVED by the Board of Trustees of the Village of oak Brook,
Do page County, Illinoist
1. That the First National Bads of Hinsdale, Hinsdale, Illinois,
be and it 4.e hereby designated as one of the depositaries of
the funds of this vinne, and that the officers or e8140yees
of said Village are bersby authorised to endorse, in the name
of this ViLl je for the purpose of deposit and collection in
and with said Bank, checks, drafts, notes and other like obli-
gations, issued or drawn to and owned by said Village, and it
is further resolved that endorsements for deposit and collection
may be by the written or stamped endorsement of the Village wlth-
out designation of the party making the endorsment.
2. That said Bank be and it is hereby authorized to pay out the
fends of this Village on deposit with it from time to time upon
checks drawn upon acid depositary and signed and countersigned
by any two of the following three persons, toarits T. A. Nohiman,
presidautj Barry 0. Casa, Jr., Treasarari Phyllia Perkina, Clark,
whether said checks are payable to gash; bearer or to the order
of the Village, or to any third Party, or to that Order Of my
signing or countersigning officer of the Villageor any other
Village officer, in either his individual or official capacity.
3. That the said Bank shall not be in may manner ubstsoevm`, re-
sponsible for or required to see to the application of W of
the funds of this Village deposited with it and aubsequantly
withdrawn, and all Bush transactions shall be conclueively pre-
sumed to be legally binding upon the Village.

and shall also file with the said Bank a certified list of the
persons at the prasent time holding the offices of President,
Treasurer and Clark in this Village, end it shall be conclusively
presumed that the persons so certified as holding Bush offices
continue respeotivaly to hold the name UrM the said Bank AA
otherwise ratified in writing by the Village Clark.
5. That this resolution shall be in full farce and effect and bind-
ing upon this Village until it shall have bass. rescinded, and
written notice of such reciasion under the corporate seal &hall
have been delivered to said Bank.
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of oak Brook this 14th day of July, A. D. 1959.
