RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, SUSAN J. TEMPLETON has faithfully and with dedication and distinction
served the Village of Oak Brook in her capacity as a member of the Board of Trustees of the
Police Pension Fund February, 2007 through June, 2009; and
WHEREAS, during the generous and dedicated rendering of said service SUSAN J.
TEMPLETON given unselfishly of her time, effort and expertise, contributing significantly
thereby to the progress and well -being of the Police Pension Board; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a record of
such faithful service should be made and spread upon the records of said Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oak Brook that the said SUSAN J. TEMPLETON be and is hereby commended for
her loyal service to the Village of Oak Brook and the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oak Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their
appreciation and gratitude to the said SUSAN J. TEMPLETON for her civic service as
aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be delivered
to the said SUSAN J. TEMPLETON and that this Resolution be spread upon the official
permanent records of said Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 141th day of July, 2009.
