WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook did on the 20th day of February, 1962, adopt
an ordinance regulating and licensing public passenger vehicles
within the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of bakbrookp in accordaned with the provisions of said
ordinance, did at the open meeting of said Board of Trustees on
the 26th day of April, 1966, conduct a public bearing wherein it
was found that the public convenience and necessity required the
licensing of one additional firm to operate four livery cars or
livery automobiles within the Village of Oakbrook pursuant to
said ordinance, and by the terms of said resolution did authorize
the issuance of a license for four livery cars or livery automo-
biles to Francis W Golden, d/b /a Oak Brook - O'Hare Limousine
Service; and
WH6RFAS, the said Francis W. Golden, d /b /a Oak Brock-
O'Hare Limousine Service, had made application for a License to
operate four additional Livery cars or livery automobiles, making
a total of eight; and
WHERM, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, in accordance With the provisions of said
ordinance did, at the open meeting of said Board of Trustees held

on said application; wad
WHKMS, the said President and Board of Trustees permitted
all interested persons to be beard at said hearing; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees have found
that the public convenience and aocess&i.# require the licensing of
four additional Livery coca or livery automobiles Within the Village
of Oakbrook pursuant to said ordinMCAJ'
