Oakbrook Terrace, Inc. for the construction of certain streets
within the village of Oakbrook; and
95, the President and Board of Trustees are of the
opinion that the interest of the citizens of Oakbrook will best
be served Iry entering into said agreement with Oakbrook Terrace,
Inc&
of f1rootees that the village of Oakbrook enter into said agree -
ment with Oakbrook Terraces Inc, and that the President and Clerk
be and they are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement on behalf of the Villages
Passed and approved by the President and Board of Trustees
of the village of Oakbrook this 29th day of August# A& D. 1961.
