RESOLUTION PRO?HRTy
WHEREAS, Mr. Paul Butler, President of the Butler company,
has in the past on many occasions demonstrated his civic - winded
generosity to the citizens of the Village of Oakbrook; and
WHEREAS, the said Paul Butler has recently again so demon-
strated such generosity in causing to be deeded to the Village of
Oakbrook certain property within said village for a fire station;
and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the Village
of Oakbrook are of the opinion that recognition of these acts should
be spread upon the records of the Village of Oakbrook;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT "SOLVED by the President and Board o €_<
Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook that on behalf of said village
and the citizens thereof they desire to express, and by these resolu-
tions do express, to the said Paul Butler their gratitude for his many
contributions to the civic improvement of the Village and the general
community, mad particularly for the donation `of the fire station
property above described,..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of these
resolutions be forwarded by the'Village clerk of the Village of
Oakbrook to the said Paul Butler.
