` RESOLUTION R -164
r{ WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook has entered into an agree-
ment with the State of Illinois for the improvement of F. A. Route
102 (Illinois !route 33) known as State Section 543 -1HSR, Village
Section s and
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned agreement, it
is necessary for the village of Oak Brook to appropriate.funds
other than Motor Fuel Tax Funds, to pay its share of the cost of
said improvement,
NOW, TUREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that there is hereby appropriated
the sum of THIRTY -THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY DOLLARS ($33,560.00)
or so much thereof as may be necessary, from any money now or here -
after allotted to the Village from funds other than Motor Fuel Tax
Puads, "to pay its share of the cost of this improvement as provided
In the ,agreement; and, ,..
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that upon completion of the improvement,
the Village will pay to the Department of Transportation of the State
'of Illinois in a lump sum from funds other than Motor Fuel Tax Funds,
an amount equal to its obligation incurred under this agreement] and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Village agrees to pass a'
supplemental resolution to provide necessary funds for its share
of the cost of thin improvement if the amount appropriated herein
proves to be insufficient to cover said cost.

the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County, Illinois, this 10th day of
