RESOLUTION R -16S
WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook has entered into an agree-
went with the State of Illinois for improvements of Illinois Route
83 and 31st Street (P.A. Route 102), known as State Section 543-
1HBK; and,
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned agreement, it
is necessary for the Village of Oak Brook to approve the plans of
said improvement; and,
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has reviewed said plans and
acknowledges to the best of his knowledge the proposed improvements
conform to the agreements and supplemental conditions set forth with
the Village of Oak Brook.
VOW' THERE8ORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the
Village of Oak Brook, upon the above recommendation of the Village
Engineer, does hereby approve the plans for the said project.
PASSED and APPROM by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage County; Illinois, this l.Oth day of
