WHIRM, in the opinion of the President and Board of.Trustees
of the Village as Oakbrook, it is to the best interests of the village of
Oakbrook to appoint and designate a licensed engineer to pentora all
engineering services needed for and by the Village of Oakbrook; and
IMMIAS, Wight and. Companay of Downers arove, Illinois, has in
the past satisfactorily perteread all engineering services so needed or
required;

designated as the engineer for the Village of Oakbrook, and his duties
