A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A DEPARTMENTAL
REORGANIZATION OF THE BATH AND TENNIS CLUB
WHEREAS, the Bath and Tennis Club is a division of the Oak Brook Sports Core, owned and
operated by the Village of Oak Brook, and
WHEREAS, over the past few years the Village Manager and Staff of the Village of Oak Brook
has initiated changes for the improvement of member and guest satisfaction of the Bath and Tennis Club
while also determining ways and means of realizing the budgetary goals, and
WHEREAS, the Village Manager and Staff recommend that continued progress of the Bath and
Tennis Club would be facilitated by organizational changes in the department personnel and hereby
recommend certain personnel changes to the President and Board of Trustees
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows
Section 1 The provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though
fully set forth herein
Section 2 The organizational changes in the Bath and Tennis Club Department personnel,
attached hereto and made a part hereof as Exhibit A, are hereby adopted
Section 3 This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval
as provided by law
