R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, the President and the Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook, after public hearing duly held, did on the 28th
day of May, 1963, adopt a resolution authorizing the granting of
licenses to the Crest Limousine Service for the operation of ten
livery cars or livery automobiles within the Village of Oakbrook; and
WHEREAS, certain licenses were issued subsequent thereto
to the Crest Limousine Service; and
WHEREAS,Crest Limousine Service has assigned all right,
title and interest in and to the Oakbrook operation together with the
licenses issued by said Village to Travelers Airport Service; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees of the
Village of Oakbrook are of the opinion that upon surrender of the
licenses heretofore issued to Crest Limousine Service, such licenses
should be reissued to Travelers Airport Service;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that upon the surrender
of the present licenses issued to Crest Limousine Service, and further
upon full compliance with the terms and conditions of Ordinance No.
G-32 by the Travelers Airport Service, the Village Clerk of the
Village of Oakbrook should be and is hereby authorized to issue
licenses to Travelers Airport Service for the operation of not more
thr. . ten livery cars or Uvery automobiles within the corporate limits
of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois•

Trustees of the Village of Oakbrook, DuPage County, Illinois, this
