RESOLUTION.FOR THE APPROV.9L OF PLANS
TO IMPROVE THE INTERSECTION OF YORK
ROAD AND 31ST STREET. WITHIN THE-VILLAGE
OF OAKBROOK DU ILLINOIS
WHEREAS, on the 8th day of September, 1964, the VILLAGE
OF OAKBROOK and the COUNTY OF',DU "POE entecod;into an agreement
for the joint improvement of 31st Street and York Road within the
Village of Oakbrook; snd'::-
WfiERW* pursuant'to said ,agreement the Village of
Oakhrook, agrees to undertake and assume the cost of construction
and engineering of traffic signals and the County of DuPage agreed
to underttake and assume all costs for O.nstruction and enginesring
of the intersection; and
WHEREAS, plans have been submitted to t� Village of
Oakbrook by the Cotaty of Dupage, =which said plans, are designated
"Section 48- J- CF,,DaPage,County ";
NOW, THEREPWE., BE !T'RESOLVED by,the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of b#kbrook that the said board
does hereby approve the plans submitted to the Village by the
County of Dupage, designated "Section 48'.4-CF9 Dupage Countys"
which said plans are for the Improvement of 319t St.-Set and York
Road within the Village of Oakbrook*'?'
