WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook located in the County of OuPage.
State of Illinois, adopted a Yearly Resolution dated July 9, 1974 covering
location, construction, operation and maintenance, with its awn forces or
by contract of water mains, sewer lines, driveways, alleys, street returns,
sidewalks, street tights, and othar facilities within the year 1976 on
State Highways within the Oak Brook Village limits.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that this Resolution shall remain in
force for the year 1976.

copy of the renewal to the 1974 Resolution adopted by the Village of Oak ,
Braaah, Aak Brook, Illinois.
