R E S O L U T I O N
WHEREAS, CHARLES M. RHODES, has served the Village of Oak
Brook successively as a member.of the Oak Brook Zoning Board of
Appeals from 1962 to 1968, and Chairman of the Oak Brook Zoning Board
of Appeals since 1968; and
WHEREAS, collectively, CHARLES M. RHODES has dedicated
twelve years to, for, and on behalf of the Village and its residents;
and,
WHEREAS, during his many years of leadership; direction and
service to the Village of Oak Brook, CHARLES M. RHODES has given un-
selfishly of his time, effort and expertise, actively participating
in the formulation of the zoning ordinance, he has greatly contributed
to the progress and wellbeing of said Village and its citizens; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board
of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook that they do hereby express
their sincerest thanks, gratitude and admiration to CHARLES M. RHODES
for his insight, integrity and genuine concern for the quality of
life and many contributions over many years for and on behalf of the
Village of Oak Brook and its residents and wish him well in his
retirement.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a copy of this resolution be
spread upon the officia records and proceedings of the Village of
Oak Brook.
PASSED and APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees
of the Village of Oak Brook, Du Page County, Illinois, this 10th day
of December, 1974..
