RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, the Village of Oak Brook has entered into an agreement
with the State of Illino -s for the improvement of 22nd Street (FAU
9877) and Spring Road (FAU 9870) known as State Section 552 -R -3, FAUS
Project M- 5003 (10), Village Section 7 TL -CS; and,
WHEREAS, in compliance with the aforementioned agreement, it is
necessary for the Village of Oak Brook to approve the plans of said
improvement; and,
WHEREAS, the Village Engineer has reviewed said plans and
acknowledges to the best of his knowledge the proposed improvements
conform to the agreements and supplemental conditions set forth with
the Village of Oak Brook.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Village Board of the
Village of Oak Brook, upon the above recommendation of the Village
Engineer, does hereby approve the plans for the said project.
PASSED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of
the Village of 3ak Brook, OuPage County, Illinois, this 10th day of
December, 1914.
