RESOLUTION

Of Oak Brook in his capacity as a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals of
the Village of Oak Brook since February of 1987; and
WHIM, tb=O his diligent efforts in behalf of the Village
of Oak Brook be has contributed to the progress and betterment of said
Village and its residents; and

that a record of such service should be made and spread upon the records
of said Village;
