R-646 - 04/25/1995 - FINAL PLAT - Resolutions RESOLUTION 95-SD-R- 646 II A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS DIEPSTRA SUBDIVISION (2417 35th Street) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on March 20, r 1995 recommended approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision entitled, "Diepstra Subdivision"; and WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to certain conditions; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: Section 1: That the Final Plat of Diepstra Subdivision prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc., dated as last revised April 6, 1995, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of i this resolution. I Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of Diepstra Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby e>pzessly made subject to the following conditions: (a) That storm water management requirements are to be satisfied when build- ing permits are issued, and the plat is to contain such a statement; (b) That all other land improvements such as streets, sidewalks, street- lights, etc. are waived, except sanitary sewers, if determined to be required; (c) That the plat be revised in compliance with the Village Engineer's review comments.
