A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
EASTMAN KODAK SUBDIVISION

WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on March 20,
1995 recommended approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision
entitled, "Eastman Kodak Subdivision"; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to
certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Final Plat of Subdivision of Eastman Kodak
Subdivision prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc. and dated as last
revised May 5, 1995, be and is hereby approved subject to -the conditions
enumerated in Section 2 of this resolution.
Section 2: That the approval Of the Final Plat of Subdivision of
Eastman Kodak Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby
expressly made subject to the following conditions:
(a) Waiver of subdivision requirement for topographic surveys;
(b) Waiver of subdivision requirements for streets, sidewalks,
lighting;
(c) Waiver of subdivision requirement for easements along the lot line
between the two lots;
(d) Provision of parking area landscape screening along the south
perimeter of the parking areas of Lot 1; and
(e) Approval of final engineering.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 9th day of May, 1995, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and cook Counties,
