RESOLUTION 95-SD-AP-R-651
A RESOLUTION APPROVING RABBIT RIDGE ASSESSMENT PLAT
(1124 35th STREET)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTIES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1: That the assessment plat consisting of one sheet and entitled
"Rabbit Ridge Assessment Plat" prepared by Russell W. Schomig dated May 18,
1995, be and is hereby approved, subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this Resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of Rabbit Ridge Assessment Plat as given in
Section 1 hereof be and is expressly subject to:
A. Final engineering approval;
B. Compliance with all applicable regulations; and
C. Grant of a 33--foot easement for street, drainage and public utility
purposes along the south boundary line (adjacent to 35th Street).
PASSED AND APPROVED THIS 23rd day of May, 1995 by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Kenny, McInerney, Payovich, Savino and Shumate
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
