A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS
JOHN R. NITC1NM SUBDIVISION
(3601 Adams Road)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on October 16,
1995 recommended approval of the Preliminary and Final Plat of Subdivision of
the subdivision entitled, "John R. Mitchell Subdivision"; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to
certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Preliminary and Final Plat of John R. Mitchell
Subdivision prepared by Bollinger, Lach & Associates, Inc. dated October 16,
1995, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of John R. Mitchell
Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made
subject to the following conditions:
(a) That the requirements for sidewalks, curb and gutters, street
lights and street trees be waived.
(b) That the final plat and final engineering be revised and approved
by the Village Engineer.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of November, 1995, by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartec.ki, Kenny, McInerney, Savino and Shumate
Nays: None
Absent: Trustee Payovich
Abstain: None
