The owner has provided the Village Engineer with a satisfactory impact statement which finds that the subdivision will not have an undue,adverse impact on surrounding property- Motion by Trustee Shumate, seconded by Trustee Savino,to approve Ordinance 95-ZO-V-DU-SWM+FP-S-833, "An Ordinance Granting a Variance from the DuPage County Countywide Stormwater and Flood Plain Ordinance(3601 Adams Road)", as presented and waive the full reading thereof.
