A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAT OF SUBDIVISION
KNOWN AS THE SANCTUARY
(West of and Adjoining Meyers Road,
South of and Adjoining I-88)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on October 16,
1995 recommended approval of the Preliminary Plat of Subdivision of the
subdivision entitled, "The Sanctuary"; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to
certain conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAR BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:
Section 1: That the Preliminary Plat of The Sanctuary Subdivision
prepared by The Glyman Design Group, Inc., dated as last revised October 26,
1995, be and is hereby approved subject to the conditions enumerated in
Section 2 of this resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Preliminary Plat of The Sanctuary
Subdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and is hereby expressly made
subject to the following conditions:
(a) That the county place the appropriate traffic signage for
the subdivision entrance on Meyers Road.
(b) That the owner enter into a water service agreement satisfactory
to the Village.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 28th day of November, 1995, by the President and
Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecl-i, Kenny, McInerney, Savino and Shumate
Nays: None
Absent: Trustee Payovich
