RESOLUTION 95-IRMA-R-660
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING
A REPRESENTATIVE
To THE INTERGOVERNMENTAL RISK 14ANAGEMENT AGENCY
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF
OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS, that Michael A. Crotty be and
is hereby appointed as representative of the Village of Oak Brook to the Board
of Directors of the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency (IRMA) pursuant
to Section V(a) of the IRMA by-laws. Darrell Langlois continues to serve as
the Village's alternate representative to IRMA.
Said representative shall have the power and duty to vote on all matters
pertinent to the operations and management of the Intergovernmental Risk
Management Agency and shall report to the Village Manager and Board of
Trustees on a regular basis on all matters pertaining to the Intergovernmental
Risk Management Agency.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Village Clerk is hereby authorized to
transmit, a certified copy of this Resolution to the Intergovernmental Risk
Management Agency, 22nd Street at Butterfield Road, Suite 412, Oakbrook
Terrace, IL 60181.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 12th day of Dec( nber, 1995, by the President
and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties,
Illinois, according to a roll call vote as follows:
Ayes: Trustees Bartecki, Kenny, Mclnernev, Fayovich, Savino and Shumate
