repayment schedule.

SUBJECT: IRMA Delegate Designation
RECOMMENDATION: That the Village Board adopt the attached resolution
designating Michael A. Crotty, Assistant to the Village Manager, as the Village of
Oak Brook delegate to the Intergovernmental Risk Management Agency
One of the responsibilities of the Assistant to the Village Manager is to serve as the Risk Manager
for the Village. As such, it is appropriate that the new incumbent of that position be officially
designated as the IRMA delegate. As the attached resolution states, the Village representative to
I&XIA shall have the power and duty to vote on all matters pertinent to the operations and
management of the Agency.
Please let me know if you have any questions concerning this item which will appear on the Board
agenda for December 12, 1995.
