Dear Karen:
My wife and I will soon be moving to Downers Grove. This letter is to formally
announce my resignation from the Plan Commission effective December 1, 1995. I
have had the privilege of serving on the Commission since August 1991 and would
like to thank you for giving me the opportunity to assist the Village of Oak Brook in
this capacity. Working with the other Commission members and the Village staff to
position Oak Brook to be the leading community in DuPage County has been an
extraordinary experience. I extend my best wishes for continued success as you, the
Board and the Village Staff take Oak Brook forward on this endeavor.

Payout#6 to James D. Fizda Paving for the 1995 Paving Project in the
amount of$119,682.02. ROLL CALL VOTE:
Ayes: 6 - Trustees Bartecki, Kenny, McInerney,Payovich,
Savino and Shumate.
Nays: 0 - None.
Absent: 0 - None. Motion carried.

Resolution 95-AP-R-661 as presented. VOICE VOTE: Motion
carried.

The resolution adopts this Assessment Plat, for the entire parcel, PLAT
subject to final plat review by the Village Engineer, (22nd & Midwest)
Motion by Trustee Shumate. seconded by Trustee McInerney,to
adopt Resolution 95-SD-AP-R-662. "A Resolution Approving the
Oak Brook Retail Center Assessment Plat (SE 22nd and Midwest
Road)", as presented and waive the full reading thereof. ROLL
CALL VOTE:
