Durfey, Jr., RE, Village Engineer BUDGET SOURCE /BUDGET IMPACT: $68,000 from the Infrastructure Fund via the MFT Fund RECOMMENDED MOTION: I move for the approval of the attached "Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code" for the 2006 MFT Crack Seal Proj ect. Back�Zround/History: The 2006 Budget takes the 2006 Crack Seal Project funding from the MFT Fund. As such, we must adhere to IDOT procedures and forms. The attached "Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code" and "Municipal Estimate of Maintenance Costs" are documents required- by IDOT prior to MFT funding. The resolution appropriates the sum of $68,000 for calendar year 2006 for the Crack Seal Project, the same amount that is within the 2006 Budget as a transfer from the MFT Fund to the Infrastructure Fund for this work. Recommendation: I recommend approving the attached "Resolution for Maintenance of Streets and Highways by Municipality Under the Illinois Highway Code" for the 2006 Crack Seal Project.
