The Plan Commission reviewed the application and found that the Petitioner has satisfactorily addressed all applicable standards required for a final plat of subdivision as well as the requested variations to the Subdivision Regulations. Thus, the Plan Commission recommended approval of the final plat of subdivision with certain conditions as outlined in the resolution. Recommendation: I recommend that this resolution be passed. In the event that any portion of the covered walkway is removed, the entire walkway is to be removed and the side yard setback would be 25.9 feet for each lot. 3. The variation is subject to the approval.of the Final Plat of Subdivision. Section 3.
