Background /Historv: -ove the Plat of At your meeting of January 14, 2003, you approved Resolution 2003- SD- FP -EXI -R -826 "A Resolution Approving the Final Plat of Subdivision known as Zubi's Plat of Subdivision — (3719 and 3723 Madison Street, Oak Brook, Illinois 60523) ". When the Village attempted to record the subdivision last January, it was noted that several of the parcel index numbers were incorrect (the information had been apparently taken from the application). Subsequently, the plat has been revised to incorporate the appropriate notations. Since tr recommf notation. previously approved Resolution contains the now incorrect information, it is ed that the Village approve a revised Resolution with the correct parcel index number Recommendation: I recommend that the Village Board approve this revised Resolution.
