R-686 - 01/14/1997 - FINAL PLAT - Resolutions I a; � � 4 RESOLUTION 97-SD-ABR&PP&FP-R-686 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAT OF ABROGATION AND PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS BECKER'S RESUBDIVISION (3025 Lincoln Road and Vacant Land Near 3025 Lincoln Road, Oak Brook, IL 60521) WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on March 18, 1996 recommended approval of a Plat of Abrogation and the Preliminary and Final Plat.: of Subdivision of the subdivision entitled, "Becker's Resubdivision" both dated June 5, 1996, and prepared by Gentile and Associates, Inc. ; and WHEREAS, the applicant has entered into a contract to purchase a small i portion of Village property contained within said Plat; and I WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same which was conditioned upon the plat deficiencies being corrected to the satisfaction of the Village Engineer; i NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows: j Section 1: That the provisions of the preamble hereinabove set forth are hereby adopted as though fully set forth herein. Section 2: That the Plat of Abrogation prepared by Gentile and Associates, Inc. and dated June 5, 1996, be and is hereby approved. i Section 3: That the Preliminary and Final Plat of Becker's Resubdivision prepared by Gentile and Associates dated June 5, 1996, having l met all of the requirements of the Engineering Department, be and is hereby approved. j Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect upon receipt by the Village Clerk of written proof satisfactory to the Village Attorney that title to the above-described property has been recorded in the name of the purchasers, and upon passage and approval as provided by law.
