A RESOLUTION APPROVING
THE FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION 1QMM AS
DE JONGI S PELT A RBSUBDIVISION
(30 Ghat.h= Lane)
(And Vacant Land. on Hunt Club Drive)
WHEREAS, the Plan Commission of the Village of Oak Brook on October 16,
1995 recommended approval of the Final Plat of Subdivision of the subdivision
entitled, "DeJong's Pella Resubdivision"; and
WHEREAS, the Village President and Board of Trustees considered the
recommendation of the Plan Commission and concur with the same, subject to
certain conditions;
WHEREAS, the owner has requested that the Village waive the requirement
that Lot 2 be served by the Village's water distribution system because the
expense of extending and looping a water main to serve this lot is
prohibitive; and
WHEREAS, the owner has requested that the Village Board approve a
private well on Lot 2 to be constructed at the owner's sole cost; and
WHEREAS, the Village finds that connection to the Village's water supply
system is not practicable; and
WHEREAS, the Village approves Otte construction of an individual private
well to serve Lot 2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE PRESIDENT AND BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE VILLAGE OF OAK BROOK, DU PAGE AND COOK COUNTIES, ILLINOIS as follows:

Section 1: That the Final Plat of DeJong's Pella Resubdivision prepared
by SDI Consultants, Ltd. , dated September 15, 1995, be and is hereby approved
subject to the conditions enumerated in Section 2 of this resolution.
Section 2: That the approval of the Final Plat of DeJong's Pella
Resubdivision as given in Section 1 hereof be and :.s h-3reby expressly made
subject to the following conditions:
(a) That the requirement for connection to the Village's water supply system
is waived for Lot 2 in favor of a private well for the reasons set forth
above;
(b) That the requirements for sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street lights
and street trees are waived.
