PUBLIC HEARING — ELECTRIC AGGREGATION
The Village President and Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing for the purpose of
considering, pursuant to Section 1 -92 of the Illinois Power Agency Act, 20 ILCS 3855/1 -92 a plan of
operation and governance for an Electricity Aggregation Program through which the Village may
arrange for the supply of electricity for its residential and small commercial retail customers who have
not opted out of such program. The Village welcomes your comments at the September 13, 2011
meeting on the Electric Aggregation. _

RESOLUTION OF APPRECIATION
WHEREAS, RANDALL W. TETEAK has faithfully and with dedication and distinction served the
Village of Oak Brook in his capacity as a Member of the Citizens Finance Advisory Committee from June,
2009 through August, 2011; and
WHEREAS, RANDALL W. TETEAK was instrumental in reviewing the Village's expenditures
and revenue sources and providing recommendations to the Village Board on budget improvements and
conducting an employee compensation and benefits study to include the private sector; and
WHEREAS, RANDALL W. TETEAK contributed greatly to the development of creative solutions
for the Village Board in response to the economic downturn; and
WHEREAS, RANDALL W. TETEAK, as part of the Citizens Finance Advisory Committee,
worked tirelessly to assist the Village Board and Administration to craft frugal and workable budgets for
2010 and 2011; and
WHEREAS, the President and Board of Trustees are of the opinion that a record of such faithful
service should be made and spread upon the records of said Village.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of
Oak Brook that the said RANDALL W. TETEAK be and is hereby commended for his loyal service to the
Village of Oak Brook and the citizens thereof.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, for and on behalf of said Village and its citizens, do hereby extend their appreciation and gratitude
to the said RANDALL W. TETEAK for his civic service as aforedescribed.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a duly certified copy of this Resolution be delivered to the said
RANDALL W. TETEAK and that this Resolution be spread upon the official permanent records of said
Village.
ADOPTED AND APPROVED by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Oak
Brook, DuPage and Cook Counties, Illinois, this 13th day of September, 2011.
